Well the tour de Taiwan is over. I know I didn't write a lot about Taiwan because I was so busy actually traveling, but I have so many good photos. I'll have some more audio as well perhaps as that was easier to record here and there.
Went out for hot pot in Taichung and it was amazing. Perfect feast one which to end an amazing trip.
Will "cooking" the goat. Aka sticking it in the hot pot.
Pigs blood, duck, beef marble, goat, veg and a very good dipping sauce that is cilantro, peanut and...something. Blanking!
